Futuricks Faces offers high-quality Face Painting, Balloon Twisting, Henna, and Body Art for parties and events. By booking with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Services

Our fun, reliable, and professional artists will provide safe and creative entertainment that guests of all ages can enjoy.
We only use the highest quality FDA-approved face paints and genuine henna ink to ensure safety and quality.
Simple balloon twisting may be provided alongside face painting at events, depending on the package booked.

2. Booking & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your event date and time. The balance is due on or before the event date.
Payments may be made by cash, credit card, or other approved methods.
All credit card transactions will incur a 5% service fee.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will result in a loss of deposit.
No-shows or cancellations on the day of the event are non-refundable.

4. Travel Fees

Travel fees apply to events located outside our base area (ZIP code 07060 – Plainfield, NJ):

$100 travel fee for cities 35–60 miles outside of 07060.
$200 travel fee for cities 60+ miles outside of 07060.

5. Event Conditions & Safety

The client must provide a safe, shaded, and well-lit area for the artist(s) to set up and work.
For outdoor events, shelter from direct sun, wind, and rain is required to protect the artist, equipment, and materials.
Artists reserve the right to refuse painting on anyone who is sick, has open wounds, skin conditions, or is otherwise unsuitable for painting/henna application.
Balloon twisting will be limited to simple designs to ensure safety and efficiency at large events.

6. Liability

Futuricks Faces is not responsible for any allergic reactions. All products used are FDA-approved and safe for skin; however, we cannot guarantee reactions will not occur.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children during services.
We are not liable for stains to clothing, furniture, or other surfaces that may occur from face paint, henna, or balloons.

7. Photography & Media

Futuricks Faces may take photos of artwork and guests (with permission) for marketing purposes on our website, social media, or promotional materials.
If you prefer not to have photos taken, please notify us in writing before the event.

8. Agreement

By booking services with Futuricks Faces, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
